TO HELP EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES; TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES AND GENERAL WELL BEING SO THAT THEY MAY HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MATURE INTO WELL INFORMED INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
