TO ASSIST IN THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE FABRIC FIXTURES FITTINGS AND THE GROUNDS OF LEATHERHEAD PARISH CHURCH AND TO SEEK TO ENSURE THAT THE CHURCH AND ITS SURROUNDINGS ARE PRESERVED IN AN ACCEPTABLE LOCAL ENVIROMENT.
