THE PROMOTION AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF RESEARCH INTO AND THE STUDY OF MARINE, OCEANOGRAPHIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES INCLUDING WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING RESEARCH INTO AND THE STUDY AQUACULTURE MARINE ECOLOGY AND ZOOLOGY AND MARINE AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION.
