TO MAKE GRANTS OF MONEY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENABLING SICK OR HANDICAPPED PERSON TO TRAVEL OUTSIDE ANYWHERE FOR SUCH SPECIALISED MEDICAL TREATMENT A THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCREATION THINK NECESSARY OR DESIRABLE FOR THE WELFARE OF SUCH SICK OR HANDICAPPED PERSONS.
