THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION GENERALLY BUT IN PARTICULAR IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE PARTICULAR FIELD OF THE HISTORY OF VEHICULAR TRANSPORT AND IN THE RESEARCH AND ENQUIRY INTO SPECIFIC ASPECTS THEREOF AND IN APPROPRIATE CASES TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR PERSONS WISHING TO ENGAGE IN SUCH RESEARCH AND GENERALLY IN SUPPORT OF ANY SIMILAR CHARTIABLE WORK WHETHER CARRIED ON AT BEAULIEU OR IN ANY OTHER PART OF THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE IN THE WORLD.
