TO RELIEVE PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS BY THE PROVISION OF SWIMMING ACTIVITIES SO THAT THEIR SELF CONFIDENCE AND GENERAL FITNESS SHALL BE IMPROVED.
