TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE ARTS OF POERTY AND PAINTING AND WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE WORK OF BRITISH POETS AND PAINTERS AND ESPECIALLY THE WORK OF WILLIAM BLAKE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE UNDERSTANDING ENJOYMENT AND APPRECIATION OF SUCH POERTY AND PAINTING BY THE UNIVERSITY OF ESSEX AND BY THE PUBLIC AT LARGE.
