(1) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN TRAINING AND PERFORMING WITH A MARCHING BAND IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS F LIFE OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN BURNHAM-ON-SEA AND NEIGHBOURHOOD WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES, AND (2) TO ASSIST AND FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AND PURPOSES AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
