THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AMONGST PERSONS RESIDING IN HENLEY ON THAMES IN THE COUNTY OF OXFORD AND THE NEIGBOURHOOD THEREOF AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE PERSONS ATTENDING THE NEW SURGERY MEDICAL PRACTICE, YORK ROAD, HENLEY ON THAMES AFORESAID BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH FACILITIES AMENDITIES AND ASSISTANCE NOT OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE OR THE SAID MEDICAL PRACTICE AS MAY BE DEEMED APPROPRIATE.
