Charitable objects
(A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OF SUCH ONE OR MORE OF THE PRIMARY BENEFICIARIES AS SHALL IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES BE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE. (B) DURING THE LIFETIME OF THE SETTLOR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AS THE SETTLOR MAY NOMINATE IN WRITING; AND (C) FOLLOWING THE DEATH OF THE SETTLOR FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY ONE OR MORE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OTHER THAN SUCH CHARTIABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AS THE SETTLOR SHALL DURING HIS LIFETIME HAVE EXCLUDED FROM ANY BENEFIT UNDER THE CHARITY FOLLOWING HIS DEATH BY SERVING NOTICE IN WRITING TO THE TRUSTEES EXPRESSING SUCH WISH.
