TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY AND IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS, OLD AGE AND DISTRESS OF PERSONS IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW BY PROVIDING FOR SUCH PERSONS OR FOR ANY STATUTORY AUTHORITIES OR VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS ENGAGED IN ADVANCING EDUCATION, OR PROVIDING RELIEF AS AFORESAID TRANSPORT FOR THEIR CONVEYANCE OR FOR THE REMOVAL AND STORAGE OF THEIR GOODS AND CHATTELS.
