TO ADVANCE THE JEWISH RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RITES PRINCIPLES AND USAGES OF THE JEWS BY THE PROVISION OF (A) FACILITIES FOR ANY PROBLEMS FOR PUBLIC RELIGIOUS WORSHIP IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SAID PRINCIPLES AND USAGES AND (B) FACILITIES FOR ANY PERSON TO STUDY AND RECEIVE INSTRUCTION IN JEWISH RELIGIOUS LAW AND LITERATURE AND (C) THE GRANT OF SCHOLARSHIP OR BURSARIES TO SCHOLARS OR STUDENTS RECEIVING JEWISH RELIGIOUS EDUCATION.
