The Foundation provides free business support and mentoring to Kent's young entrepreneurs. We recruit and train leaders from the business community to become volunteer mentors to support the next generation of business owners. The Foundation supports and showcases innovative young people to help them create and grow enterprises that positively contribute to the economic well being of the County.

Charitable objects
(I) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE WITHIN KENT BY THE PROVISION ENCOURAGEMENT AND PROMOTION OF EDUCATION INSTRUCTION OR TRAINING IN PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS INDUSTRIES AND/OR CRAFTS AND TRADE AND/OR THE SKILLS NEEDED IN EMPLOYMENT. (II) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OF YOUNG PEOPLE WITHIN KENT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE (INCLUDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND ENCOURAGEMENT WHILST THEIR EDUCATION IS BEING ADVANCE AS AFORESAID OR WHILS THEY ARE IN THE PROCESS OF ESTABLISHING NEW BUSINESS OR PREPARING FOR ENTERING UPON OR ENGAGED IN ANY PROFESSION TRADE OR CRAFT OR SERVICE.
