TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, DISABILITY OR POVERTY ARE IN NEED OF SUCH ASSISTANCE BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES TO TEACH SUCH PERSONS ABOUT THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT WITH THE OBJECT OF ENRICHING AND IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS; B. TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY AND FURTHER THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS OVERSEAS WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH ASSISTANCE.
