1. ANY PERSONS WHO BEING EX-EMPLOYEES OF EXCEL COMPANY LIMITED OR THE DEPENDANTS WIDOWS OR ORPHANS OF SUCH EX-EMPLOYEES ARE OWING TO POVERTY IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND 2. SUCH CHARITY CHARITIES OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
