THOSE PERSONS WHOSE NAME ARE ON THE ELECTORAL ROLL OF SOUTHOVER CHURCH WHO MAY FORM TIME TO TIME BE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOULTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
