TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR TIBETAN REFUGEE COMMUNITIES IN INDIA, TO RELIEVE THEIR POVERTY AND TO IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH BY (I) THE APPROPRIATE APPLICATION OF SIMPLE TECHNOLOGY DESIGNED TO SUPPLY HEAT, LIGHT, WATER AND OTHER LIKE NECESSITIES IN THOSE COMMUNITIES AND (II) BY ESTABLISHING, MAINTAINING AND DEVELOPING IN THOSE COMMUNITIES PROVISION FOR THE STUDY OF AND TRAINING IN APPROPRIATE TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS RELEVANT TO THEIR NEEDS.
