Charitable objects

TO PROMOTE MAINTAIN IMPROVE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AMONG INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF SOUTH WEST ARTS ASSOCIATION PARTICULARLY BY THE PRODUCTION OF EDUCATIONAL DRAMA AND OTHER AESTHETIC ARTS INCLUDING THE ARTS OF DRAMA MIME VISUAL ARTS LITERATURE DANCE SINGING AND MUSIC AND TO FORMULATE PREPARE AND ESTABLISH SCHEMES THEREFORE PROVIDED THAT ALL OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY SHALL BE OF A CHARITABLE NATURE. IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE PERSONS FOR WHOM SUCH FACILITIES ARE PRIMARILY INTENDED BEING PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES B REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AGE INFIRMITY OF DISABLEMENT POVERTY OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES PROVIDED THAT NEVERTHELESS SUCH FACILITIES SHALL NORMALLY BE AVAILABLE TO THE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE.
