Charitable objects
1. TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE ELDERLY INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN ANY MANNER WHICH IS NOW OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED TO BE CHARITABLE IN LAW; AND 2. TO RELIEVE PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AND TO COORDINATE SIMILAR WORK UNDERTAKEN IN THE SAID AREA BY SUCH OTHER VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AS ARE LISTED IN SCHEDULE A TO THE CONSTITUTION.
