(1) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE CULTURE, RELIGION AND WAY OF LIFE OF TIBETAN PEOPLE AND TO PRESERVE AND PROMOTE ALL ASPECTS THEREOF; (2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE OF TIBETAN ORIGIN; (3) TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS AMONG THE TIBETAN COMMUNITY; (4) TO ADVANCE TIBETAN BUDDHISM; AND (D) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE TIBETAN MEDICAL TRADITION.
