TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS ATTENDING THE SCHOOL AND TO ASSIST SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS WHO BY REASON OF POVERTY OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE NEED OF SUCH ASSISTANCE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDTIONS OF LIFE.
