A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITATNS OF THE PARISH OF NARBOROUGH (INCLUDING THE FORMER PARISH OF NARFORD) IN THE COUNTY OF NORFOLK WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR THER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECREATION GROUND FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS IN SUCH MANNER AS THE COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT FROM TIME TO TIME SHALL THINK FIT.
