Charitable objects

1. TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE WINNCOTT UNIT OF ST MARY'S HOSPITAL PADDINGTON AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE CARE OF NEWBORN BABIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT OR FACILITIES AND FOR THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE ACCOMMODATION AND SUPPORT OF PARENTS OF CHILDREN BEING TREATED IN THE SAID SPECIAL BABY UNIT. 2. IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THE ABOVE PURPOSES THAN FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF MEDICAL SCIENCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND FOR THE PROMOTION OF OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN.
