A) THE RELIEF OF THE AGED AND THE DISABLED AND IN PARTICULAR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONGST SUCH AGED AND DISABLED PERSONS OF ETHNIC MINORITY GROUPS IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CAMDEN. B) THE PROVISION OF HEALTH CARE AND OTHER SUCH ASSISTANCE AS NECESSARY TO SUCH PERSONS WHETHER IN RESIDENCE, OR IN THEIR OWN HOMES.
