Charitable objects

(I) TO SECURE THE CONSERVATION AND RESTORATION OF FOUNTAINS OF AESTHETIC MERIT FOR PUBLIC ENJOYMENT. (II) TO PROMOTE THE PROVISION OF FOUNTAINS OF AESTHETIC MERIT PARTICULARLY IN NEW DEVELOPMENTS TO WHICH THE PUBLIC HAVE ACCESS, BOTH IN THE PUBLIC AND THE PRIVATE SECTORS. (III) TO PROMOTE THE PROVISION AND RESTORATION OF CASCADES, WATERFALLS AND OTHER SIMILAR WORKS OF AESTHETIC MERIT FOR PUBLIC ENJOYMENT.
