TO MAINTAIN AN AGENCY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN GENERAL AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN PARTICULAR AS A CENTRE FOR THE ASSISTANCE IN THE TRAINING OF YOUNG PERSONS SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY IN PARTICULAR BY ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN MATTERS RELATING TO MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL WELFARE.
