Charitable objects
(1) THE CREATION OF OPPORTUNITY AND THE PROVISION OF RELIEF FOR DISABLED PEOPLE LIVING IN, WORKING IN, OR ASSOCIATED WITH THE AREA KNOWN AS GREATER LONDON (HEREINAFTER KNOWN AS THE LONDON AREA) THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND ASSISTANCE THEREBY ENABLING THEM TO CONTROL AND DIRECT THEIR LIVES AS THEY CHOOSE. (2) THE RELIEF OF DISTRESS AMONGST PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL, MENTAL, LEARNING OR SENSORY IMPAIRMENTS (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'DISABLED PEOPLE') OR THEIR DEPENDANTS AND ALL PEOPLE CONCERNED WITH THEIR WELFARE LIVING IN, OR ASSOCIATED WITH THE LONDON AREA. (3) TO FULFIL ANY OTHER OBJECT WHICH IS DEEMED WHOLLY AND EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE BY THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
