MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED 10TH JULY 1985 AS AMENDED BY SPECIAL RESOLUTION 21ST MAY 1996 AND 20TH OCTOBER 2009.
Charitable objects
(1)TO MOBILISE, ENCOURAGE, FOSTER AND MAINTAIN THE INTEREST OF THE PUBLIC IN THE WORK OF RESEARCH INTO AND TREATMENTS FOR THE PREVENTION AND CURE OF BLINDNESS AND ALL DISORDERS OF THE EYE AND CONDITIONS RELATING THERETO. (2) TO PROVIDE FUNDS IN AID OF SUCH RESEARCH AND TREATMENT IN SUCH MANNER AS THE FUND THINKS FIT (3) TO DO ALL SUCH OTHER THINGS AS ARE INCIDENTAL OR CONDUCIVE TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS OR ANY OF THEM.
