Charitable objects

(A) TO RELIEVE SICKNESS, INFIRMITY AND OLD AGE AMONG PERSONS IN TUNBRIDGE WELLS, TONBRIDGE PEMBURY AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY PROVIDING A LOCAL BROADCASTING SERVICE TO HOSPITALS AND SIMILAR INSTITUTIONS. (B) TO PROVIDE REGULAR PROGRAMMES OF LOCAL INTEREST TO HOSPITAL PATIENTS FOR TRANSMISSION BY LANDLINE AND OTHER MEANS TO HOSPITALS AND SIMILAR INSTITUTIONS IN TUNBRIDGE WELLS, TONBRIDGE, PEMBURY AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN THE COUNTY OF KENT. (C) TO MAKE THESE PROGRAMMES AVAILABLE IN SIMILAR INSTITUTIONS NOT CONNECTED TO THE LANDLINE NETWORK.
