THE AIMS OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF HANDICAPPED AND SPECIAL NEED CHILDREN BY (A) PROVIDING SAFE AND SATISFYING GROUP PLAY, IN WHICH PARENTS HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE PART.
