TO RELIEVE AGED AND DISABLED PERSONS RESIDENT AT OR ATTENDING THE ADELAIDE RYDE BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISIONS OF FACILITIES (NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY) IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION.
