The company's subsidiary produces amongst other events the Radio Academy Awards and the Radio Festival both of which are in line with the main objectives of the Charity.

Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN RADIO BROADCASTING AND TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS RESULTING FROM RADIO BROADCASTS OF HIGH QUALITY, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING A FORM FOR THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION, PROMOTING ORIGINAL AND CREATIVE RADIO BROADCASTS OF SUCH EDUCATIONAL BENEFIT, SECURING IMPROVEMENTS IN THE ART AND TECHNIQUE OF RADIO BROADCASTING RESULTING IN SUCH EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS AND PROMOTING AND PUBLISHING THE RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTS AND RESEARCH DESIGNED TO SECURE SUCH IMPROVEMENTS.
