SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR THE VOLUNTARY CONTROLLED SCHOOL AT TILNEY ALL SAINTS AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL. 2. PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER 25 WHO OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF TILNEY ALL SAINTS.
