TO HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY TE WHOLE THEROF TO OR TOWARDS OR FOR THE BENEFIT OR FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES, CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS AT SUCH TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH SHARES ADN PROPORTIONS OR TO PAY OR TRANSFER THE SAME TO THE TRUSTEES OF ANY TRUST ESTABLISHED FOR SOLELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
