TO ORGANISE OR PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE ORGANISATION OR PROVISION OF A FACILITY WHICH WILL ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE STUDENTS OF SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES TO UNDERTAKE GYMNASTICS AND OTHER FORMS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION WHICH ASSIST IN ENSURING THAT DUE ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH STUDENTS AS WELL AS TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND OCCUPATION OF THEIR MINDS.
