TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE ELDERLY, HANDICAPPED AND OTHERS IN NEED IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR MAY HERAFTER BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE WITHIN THE COUNTY OF GLOUCESTERSHIRE.
