1. TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF SERVING AND EX-SERVICE MEN AND WOMEN AND THE WIDOWS, CHILDREN AND DEPENDANTS OF THOSE WHO HAVE SERVED AND TO RELIEVE HARDSHIP WHERE IT EXISTS. 2. TO RAISE AND DISTRIBUTE MONEY FOR THESE PURPOSES. 3. TO CO-OPERATE WITH OTHER ORGANISTATION WITH SIMILAR OBJECTIVES.
