TO PAY SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTUION OR INSTITUTIONS FOR ALL OR ANY OF THE CHARITABLE OBJECTS OR PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE AND MORE PARTICULARLY FOR THE RELIEF OF HUMAN SUFFERING AND POVERTY CONSEQUENT UPON THE EFFECT OF PERSONAL LOCAL NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL DISASTER.
