TO ASSIST YOUNG PEOPLE ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOPE THEIR PHYSCIAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMEBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED. B. THE CARE OF THE ELDERLY, SICK AND HANDICAPPED. C. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY. D. THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHARACTER IN THE YOUNG THROUGH EDUCATION, SPORTING AND CULTURAL PURSUITS.
