(I) TO PROTECT THE GOOD PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF MATURE WOMEN BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF CLINICS WHICH WILL PROVIDE COUNSELLING AND TREATMENT THROUGH SCREENING FOR THE EARLY DETECTION OF CANCER AND THE USE OF HORMONE REPLACEMENT THEREAPY AND (II) TO PROMOTE OR ASSIST IN PROMOTING RESEARCH INTO THE PROCESS OF HUMAN AGEING AND IN PARTICULAR IN THE PREVENTION AND ALLEVIATION OF HEALTH PROBLEMS EXPERIENCED BY WOMEN IN MIDDLE AGE AND TO DISSEMINATE THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.
