TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF GIRLS LIVING IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS AND TO PROVIDE, OR ASSIST IN PROVIDING, FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH GIRLS IN TE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
