ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE UNDER 25 YEARS ATTENDING SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES IN ANY PART OF SURREY AND SUSSEX AND BY PROVIDING TRAINING AND EQUIPMENT FOR GYMNASTICS AT SUCH SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES TO ENSURE THAT DUE ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE PHYSICAL CONDITION AND CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT OF PUPILS AT SUCH SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES.
