TO RELIEVE THE DISABLED BY THE PROVISION OF BOATS FOR THE USE OF HANDICAPPED PEOPLE, ON THE INLAND NAVIGABLE WATERWAYS OF GREAT BRITAIN, AND IN PARTICULAR ON THE BASINGSTOKE CANAL.
