Charitable objects

TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND IN PARTICULAR:- (A) TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION IN ANY HOSPITAL PREMISES AT THE DATE HEREOF GOVERNED BY THE WORTHING DISTRICT HEALTH AUTHORITY OF A COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY SCANNER AND ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT FOR USE THEREWITH IN SUCH HOSPITAL PREMISES AND THE EXPENSES OF RUNNING SUCH SCANNER AND EQUIPMENT. (B) TO PROVIDE BY PURCHASE OR HIRE EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE TO BE UTILISED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY FACILITIES HEREIN BEFORE REFERRED TO . (C) TO MEET OR CONTRIBUTE TO THE COST OF PROVIDING QUALIFIED STAFF REASONABLY REQUIRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE FACILITIES HEREINBEFORE REFERRED TO. (D) TO MEET THE COST OF REPLACING ANY SUCH SCANNER FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT AT ANY TIME AT WHICH SUCH REPLACEMENT SHALL BY A RESOULTION OF THE WORTHING DISTRICT HEALTH AUTHORITY OR AND AUTHORITY FROM TIME TO TIME REPLACING THE SAME BE AUTHORISED.
