TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THE APPRECIATION OF MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY THE PERFORMANCE OF ORCHESTRAL WORKS AND BY SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE ORCHESTRA THROUGH ITS COMMITTEE SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
