(B) TO PROMOTE EDUCATION, TRAINING, STUDY AND RESEARCH IN THE SAID SCIENCE AND PRACTICE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF THE SAME.
