THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY OR APPLY THE ENTIRETY OF THE ANNUAL INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND TO SUCH CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS AND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE. THE TRUSTEES IN THE EXERCISE OF THEIR DISCRETION HAVE PARTICULAR REGARD TO THE PROMOTION OF MUSIC AND THE VISUAL ARTS IN THE COUNTY OF AVON.
