1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE DANGERS ARISING FROM THE HABITUAL OR OCCASIONAL CONSUMPTION OF NARCOTIC, STIMULANT AND HALLUCINOGENIC DRUGS OR SIMILAR SUBSTANCES. 2. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING AMONG PERSONS WHO ARE IN THE FIELD OF DRUG MISUSE. 3. TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF PERSONS RESULTING FROM THE MISUSE OF DRUGS. 4. TO PROMOTE EITHER ALONE OR WITH OTHERS, RESEARCH INTO DRUG MISUSE AND TO PUBLISH THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
