TO PROMOTE THE MUSICAL EDUCATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF ROYAL TUNBRIDGE WELLS THROUGH THE STUDY AND PRACTICE OF ORCHESTRAL MUSIC, IN ORDER TO FOSTER PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE AND APPRECIATION OF SUCH MUSIC BY MEANS OF PUBLIC PERFORMANCE.
