THE OBJECT OF THE SOCIETY SHALL BE TO PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF ANIMALS OR VEGETABLES USEFUL TO MAN.
